This formula enhances B-Complex Plus with additional vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 is important in amino acid metabolism, haemoglobin formation, nerve impulse transmissions, and hormone synthesis. B6 is also an essential co-factor in the manufacture of brain lipids and in the production of many neurotransmitters. It also contributes to healthy homocysteine metabolism.
