Nattokinase is a fibrinolytic enzyme which is extracted and purified from Japanese natto. Natto is a cheese-like food that is produced by adding Bacillus natto to boiled non-GMO soybeans. Pure Bio's Nattokinase is guaranteed to be soy free since there are no residual amounts of soy remaining after the fermentation and purification process.
