Would you like to register with Pure Bio as a Practitioner?

Registration is simple (Hours of business between 9.00am and 5.00pm) - please telephone us on 01403 730342 to advise us of your details. 

We will ask you to confirm your practitioner status. Please email or fax a copy of your professional indemnity insurance and ONE of the following:

• Copy of your certificate of professional qualification
• Copy of your authorising body membership number
• Copy of your license to practice

Once registered, we offer you:

• A generous commission scheme – full details will be in your welcome pack.
• Opportunity to be added to our Practitioner E-newsletter database which provides you each month with the latest research, information on new products, special offers and the opportunity for early booking on our forthcoming seminars. (you will need to provide your consent by ‘OPT-IN’ to comply with the latest data protection regulations- contact us at info@purebio.co.uk)
• Prescription pads are available free of charge from Pure Bio.
• Opportunity to have your details included in the "Find a Practitioner" area of our website for new clients to find you. (You will need to ‘OPT-IN’ to comply with the latest data protection regulations – contact us at info@purebio.co.uk).
