By registering as a Pure Bio practitioner, you can opt to have your details included in the above list, simply by completing and returning to us the Data Protection Form that you will find in your practitioner registration  pack. Registration is simple (Hours of business between 9.00am and 5.00pm) - please telephone us on 01403 730342. 

We will ask you to confirm your practitioner status. Please phone, fax or email, a copy of one of the following:

• Copy of your graduation certificate.
• Copy of your authorising body membership number.
• Copy of your licence to practise.

Once registered, we offer you:

• Detailed catalogue showing all of the products in one handy reference guide
• Opportunity to be added to our newsletter database which provides you each month with a fact sheet looking at a particular patient condition, information on new products and the opportunity for early booking on our forthcoming seminars.
• Prescription pads are available free of charge from Pure Bio.
• Please don't forget to inform us if you would like your name adding to the above practitioner list - you will be required to complete and return to us a Data Protection Form. (Please contact us if you do not have a form in your practitioner catalogue)
